Service Description

$349 for 2 guests +$30 each additional guest 14 guest max Three Hour Rental Includes: - Heated Igloo Tent with 2 Propane Heaters - Still & Sparkling Water - Low Seated Table, Rugs, Blankets & Pillows - Styled Table Scape with Dining & Drinkware - Setup & Tear Down Our igloo experience is best enjoyed in the fall and winter months. Ideally when the outside temperature ranges between 25 - 55 degrees and wind speeds below 15 mph. The igloo is only offered at private residences. Public parks do not allow the Igloo to be setup. The BIG Igloo is 15x15 square feet and requires level ground for installation. Installation takes 2 hours. *A $35 Installation & Service Fee will be applied to your final invoice.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your picnic date and time. Full payment is due 72 hours prior to your picnic. If we should have inclement weather we are happy to move your picnic indoors or to an available covered shelter. A weather back up/alternative picnic location will be determined at the time of booking. If you would like to reschedule your picnic, we will work with you based on availability. All reschedule or cancellation request must be made in writing 72 hour prior to you picnic date and time. No cancellations will be accepted after the 72 hour window and your deposit will be forfeited. We accept payment through credit cards, Venmo and Paypal.
